About the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP)
The Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) is a flagship initiative supported by the World Bank and implemented by MoITT.

The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication invites applications for the following consultant positions under DEEP:

Job Responsibilities and Key Roles
1. Senior Procurement Specialist
- Lead procurement planning and strategy formulation.

2. Policy, Program, and Research Consultant
- Develop national-level digital policy frameworks.
- Conduct research on innovation, digital economy, and ICT development.

3. Cloud Native Software Architect
- Design scalable cloud-native applications for public infrastructure.

4. Scrum Master (NTB)
- Manage Agile teams and development cycles.
