Position 1: Contract Compliance Manager – EMO Project
The Contract Compliance Manager is a critical position responsible for ensuring all project activities align with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. This role combines legal understanding, risk management expertise, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities – Contract Compliance Manager
- Compliance Policy Development: Develop and implement project-specific compliance policies that align with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
- Audit Coordination: Conduct regular compliance audits, coordinate external audits, prepare audit documentation, and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Training and Oversight: Oversee compliance training programs for project staff, ensuring all team members understand and adhere to compliance requirements and best practices.
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as liaison with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and oversight authorities. Manage regulatory communications and ensure timely reporting.
- Breach Investigation: Investigate compliance breaches, determine root causes, recommend corrective measures, and document incidents according to established protocols.
- Policy Updates: Monitor regulatory changes, update compliance policies accordingly, and ensure project activities reflect current legal and contractual requirements.
Position 2: Academic Coordinator – Jacobabad & Kandhkot
The Academic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring quality education delivery, coordinating academic activities, and providing leadership in school management within English Medium Schools in Jacobabad and Kandhkot regions.
