- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection. Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
- Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate panel interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for pharmaceutical industry roles.
- Onboarding Programs: Design and implement effective onboarding processes ensuring new employees integrate smoothly into Glitz Pharma’s culture and operations.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Employee Support: Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, grievances, and workplace concerns. Maintain positive employee relations.
